NOTE: This is how we explain the authenticity of our products to our customers. Always remember that it is your duty as a reseller to inform your customers why the items you are selling are authentic, but cheaper from the store. So they know what to expect.

✔ Most of our items came directly from the factories in USA, FRANCE, HK, CHINA, VIETNAM, ETC. These goods are the ones made to go to factory outlet stores. Some items also came from outlet stores, guaranteed AUTHENTIC.
Guaranteed authentic, but why cheaper from the store?
Some of these items are FACTORY SECONDS.
What are "Factory Seconds"?
(These are items that have failed the final quality control check of the manufacturer at the end process of production. These minor irregularities are hardly visible. For example: slight stitching problem, loose thread which can be easily cut off; resulting in no noticeable difference, minor logo misalignment, wrong sizing when it comes to footwear, etc.)
➡ Moreover, NOT ALL OUR ITEMS got rejected because they’re considered “damaged”.
Some items got rejected due to OVERPRODUCTION.
What is OVERPRODUCTION?
(Excess production of a product or commodity than is required. Occasionally, factories over produce certain items which leads to items being sold off as factory seconds despite there being no defect at all. For example: The required production of a certain bag is 1000 pcs, but they end up producing 1500 pcs. Those 500 pcs are the ones overproduced - which are automatically rejected by the companies and then being sold to us wholesalers at a lower rate.
Take note that these items are NOT REGISTERED in the companies anymore hence why most items do not come with cards that indicate their control numbers (especially bags). Meaning, you cannot bring them to stores for repairs and such. Rather than discarding these items, we buy them instead through our connections from the factories at its actual cost price - that is why we can also sell them much cheaper than from a regular store. The mark up (especially of high end brands) is usually around 500% to 1000% of the actual cost of the item. Consumers are just paying for the brand's name and not for the quality. So why pay so much when you can get your bag or pair of shoes at its actual cost price?
FACTORY OUTLET vs REGULAR BOUTIQUE ITEMS
TO PICKY CUSTOMERS ASKING:
1. Why is there an excess thread?
2. Why is the stitching not straight?
3. Why is there a light scratch on the buckle?
4. Why does this item doesn't have complete inclusions?
REALITY: Quality of SOME factory outlet goods are different from the ones being sold in regular boutique stores. Hence, which explains the big difference in price. Yes, this is true. You may Google for facts.
The popular brands like Coach, Michael Kors, Kate spade, etc. offers outlet stores that sell goods that did not sell well during the last season, discontinued items from regular stores, have to get rid of overproduced items, and sell off factory seconds. In some cases, they utilize different fabrics, adjust the design details, incomplete inclusions - to maintain a more reasonable price point.
The high retail price at regular stores will also reflect the higher quality; therefore you can expect a PERFECT item with not even a single minor defect, made of high quality material (leather, suede, or canvass) and complete inclusions. So if you want nothing but perfection, then buy directly from a regular store and pay the high price.
A certain item that you purchased in a regular boutique or even from a factory outlet
will surely last you long time or even a lifetime as long as you take good care of it.

Buyers who have reserved items and had a CHANGE OF MIND at the LAST MINUTE and want to cancel the ordered/reserved item - with reasons like: Emergency trip and other emergency things they can think of, My friend found a cheaper one, etc. which then leads to -> I will cancel my order because I don't know when I will be back and a lot more reasons.
1. Please DO NOT make reservations if you DO NOT have any intention of buying.
2. Please be considerate enough to know that we only have LIMITED STOCKS ONHAND. Others might want to buy the item/s that you have reserved for so long.
