Tracking & Time of Delivery
UPON RECEIVING YOUR TRACKING NUMBER, WAIT FOR A FEW MINUTES (SOMETIMES EVEN HOURS, OR AFTER 1 DAY) UNTIL YOU ENCODE IT IN LBC TRACK AND TRACE. The LBC staff said that SOMETIMES it does not automatically appear in their system RIGHT AFTER when the package has been encoded. Why? Either because there is an ongoing system update or they have encountered a problem with their server.

LBC STATUS
"RECEIVED" means the package has been accepted in the LBC branch where we normally ship orders. The status will become "IN PROGRESS" or "IN TRANSIT" while the package is on its way to the main delivery hub in your area. Lastly, the status will become "DELIVERED" when you have received the package already. NO SAME DAY DELIVERY WITH LBC.

IN CASES OF DELAY ON DELIVERY:
TAKE NOTE that unavoidable delays may happen due to the following: Holiday, long holidays, bad weather, flooded areas, delivery cut-off time has been reached due to bulk of packages to be delivered in your area; delivery man had a hard time locating your address; or no one was available to receive your package in your behalf when the delivery man arrived in the home/office address you gave.
