Terms & Conditions

1.)  WE STRICTLY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. We only do replacements (for orders within the Philippines only)

 

 

2.) REPLACEMENTS

 

A. FOR ITEM RECEIVED WITH DAMAGE/S

The customer must send us a photo to prove the defective part on the item. This must be done STRICTLY WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING THE PACKAGE. Please take note that small defects on stitching that are not too obvious will not be considered as "damaged" (Read: Authenticity info)​

B. FOR ITEM THAT GOT BROKEN UPON USAGE

1 WEEK WARRANTY ONLY. We may be the one to have the damaged item fixed for you, but we will not replace it with a new one.

 

3.) FOR ITEM/S TO BE REPLACED TO A DIFFERENT COLOR, BIGGER SIZE, SMALLER SIZE

A. WE DO NOT ALLOW EXCHANGING OF ITEMS TO A SMALLER / BIGGER SIZE. As much as possible, we provide pictures of a mannequin or a person wearing the item to at least give the customer an idea on how small or big it is when worn. We also provide the exact dimensions of each item that can be seen on the caption of each post.

 

 

B. WE DO NOT ALLOW EXCHANGING OF ITEMS TO ANOTHER COLOR. So please BE SURE on the color that you will be ordering.

 

 

4.) When you have seen your order/s already then unfortunately you did not like it (because YOU THOUGHT the material was thicker or thinner, the size was smaller or bigger in person, it is heavy, or any other reasons that you can think of)  SORRY, BUT WE WILL NOT REPLACE THAT ITEM.  Product details (ex: material, exact size / dimensions, where is it made, etc.) are already provided on the caption of each post. If you are undecided or having doubts, we advise that you visit first a regular store boutique to see your desired item in actual.

Items/s to be replaced should still have the COMPLETE PACKAGE (plastic on handles, paper bag, dust bag, box, plastic protector on shoes, etc)

FOR PRE-ORDERED ITEMS:

1. When you pre-order, you should be willing to wait.

2. WRONG SIZE ON PRE-ORDERED FOOTWEAR (only applicable for orders within the Philippines). When you receive your pre-ordered footwear and they do not fit you well, we will replace it with your desired size. You must be willing to wait for the replacement to arrive on the next batch of pre-orders.

3. FOR OTHER ITEMS THAT HAVE MAJOR DEFECT/S (only applicable for unused items - ordered within the Philippines). We will replace it with a new one. You must be willing to wait for the replacement to arrive on the next batch of pre-orders

ADDITIONAL FRIENDLY REMINDERS:

1. NO SPAMMING, HATE SPEECH.
Shall there be any issue/s that would arise, we request to stay civil and discuss matters privately. You may send us your concerns directly via our business number. Continuous spamming (3 times and more) in our resellers page may lead to: you being restricted on being able to access the page. Let's be kind and keep this space safe and healthy for all resellers.
